Service

SimWay provides eSIM data plans for mobile devices. By purchasing, you agree to these terms. Plans are for personal use and subject to our fair-use policy.

Payments

All prices are in USD. Payment is processed at checkout. eSIM profiles are delivered instantly after successful payment. We accept cards, Apple Pay, Telegram Stars, and crypto.

Refunds

Unused eSIMs are eligible for a full refund within 30 days. Once data has been consumed, refunds are at our discretion. Contact support for any refund requests.

Fair use

Our plans are intended for normal personal use. Excessive usage, reselling, or commercial tethering may result in throttling or service termination without refund.
