Refund Policy
Full refund
If your eSIM has not been installed or used, you can request a full refund within 30 days of purchase. No questions asked.
Partial refund
If less than 20% of your data has been used, we may issue a partial refund at our discretion. Contact support with your order number.
No refund
Refunds are not available for plans where more than 20% of data has been consumed, or for expired plans beyond the 30-day window.

Email [email protected] or use the Telegram bot /support command with your order ID. Refunds are typically processed within 3-5 business days.
